Activation Issue

We just upgraded one of our seats to Mocha Pro because we are rushing to make a deadline, but I’m getting the error “Failed to receive license” when I put in the Activation Code. It says “HTTP request failed” and “Please check your internet connection.” Our internet is working.

I sent in a request to support, but we are crunching for this deadline.
