Activation Problem

Hi All,

Sorry to post this problem here but I’m on a deadline: has anyone activated Mocha Pro recently? I just upgraded my machine to El Capitan and reinstalled Mocha Pro and I’m getting a “server error” with no further information when I try to activate. Anyone facing this problem or has any idea why it’s happening? I already emailed support but as I said I’m on a deadline and just need to get this resolved.
