Avid Boris Continuum 10 urgent license issue

Black Friday license blues.

We upgraded to Boris Continuum 10 (from Continuum 8), installed the license and had everything running for 3 months and 10 days. But Friday (Thursday USA) Continuum effects show up as in Trail mode.

Now when we try to re-license Continuum, we can “Verify” the license, but not Activate “Activation failed. Please check and make sure your serial number is correct”

Sent off an email to Boris support Thursday but have not received a reply yet (this must be a crazy time for them).

Does anyone have an ideas on how to fix this?

I have updated Boris Continuum 10.0.6 & tried to re-apply our license but same “Activation failed…”

System OSX 10.9.5

Avid Media Composer 8.4.5
