Black Screen on sony vegas 11

Hey im new here…
im useing 32bit os (i want to upgrade to 64 bit soon)
when im use sapphire plugins on Sony Vegas 11 its turns my video pre view to black just like this

is there any solution for this problem??

Hi,

Is this happening with all your effects or just S_Shake? Is your Sapphire licensed? Can you send us your log files? They should be located here: C:\ProgramData\GenArts\SapphireOFX.

We’re looking specifically for s_log.text and s_error_log.txt.
