Change Resolution in Mocha AE plugin to fit with After Effect

Hi,
I regulary work with a proxy footage of (640x358).
My final projects are always in 1920x1080, because except this proxy footage, all the others elements are still HD, and I replace at the end the proxy footage to HD
So I also always starts in AE with a 1920x1080 project and I resize the proxy footage in the comp.
My problem is when I go working in Mocha AE plugin, it open the footage in its native resolution 640x358 instead of 1920x1080 as configured in the comp. And when I save and getting back to AE Comp, the tracking point is for a resolution of 640x358, and not 1920x1080!
How to deal with it in order to change the resolution ?

I heard about the term relinking, but don’t know how to implement it in Mocha AE plugin.
I’m very newbie with Boris Mocha and AE.

PS: I use the latest version of Mocha Plugin and AE

If you’re resizing the footage in the comp, you need to precomp the scale change before you apply Mocha. The reason for this is Mocha always reads the base clip, not any changes made to it.
