Clipboard errors

After several hours of everything working fine between mocha and AE, suddenly I’m getting clipboard errors when trying to paste data into AE

invalid clipboard format expecting a number(line 451 near colum 3)

After getting that message the first time I now get it everytime i open or create any AE project.

I tried saving the data to the desktop, but when I tried to paste the values nothing pasted.

CS4
Mocha AE 1.2.3
OSX10.5.8

This is to do with frame offsets and timecodes.

When you export a file out of Final Cut some codecs will inherit the timecode from the sequence you exported it from. This translates to a frame offset in mocha. If this frame offset is very large you can run into problems

In order for you not to get an error, just set your frame offset to zero in the Time section of the Clip tab in mocha.

OK,

If I export out of Finalcut as Quicktime “none” all is good.

If I export as Quicktime “uncompressed 10 bit 422” I’l get the clipboard errors every time.

WHY?
