Customer support

Does this company actually offer customer support.
I have emailed them 4 times over the past few weeks, but I have not even received the courtesy of a response.
What does anyone have to do to get some sort of a response?

I don’t usually post and complain in a forum like this, but nothing seems to work.

They may be good products, but if they don’t offer any support, it works out to be expensive. Too expensive.


Do you have a support ticket number that I can chase up? Not getting a response is very odd and definitely not up to our standards.

If it’s a “how to” question, then please post it here and I’ll see if I can help. Licensing and compatibility would be best going through Support though.

Unfortunately I do not have a support ticket number. My multiple emails have elicited no response at all from customer support.
The issue is regarding licensing, my serial number stating that it has been activated too many times as I try to reinstall after a hard drive crash.
I will send them another email. Hopefully having posted on the forum here things have been stirred up a bit.

You would have received an auto response email from support, indicating that we received your support request. Is it possible that it was caught in your spam filter?
