Deactivate UNACCESSIBLE version

Hey there. I had a crash that destroyed my entire computer - as in the entire computer got wiped. I want to use my CONTIUUM but it’s telling me I need to uninstall it from the other computer - which is obliterated. What do I do??

Sorry to hear about your system crash. You can reset your password by going to our website, logging into your account and then managing the license from there. If you encounter any difficulty with that the next step is to file a support ticket and ask someone from that team to assist.
