Dreaded red x - AGAIN!

Hey - I’m really not understanding why I get this red x - I know it’s subscription related but I can see that am on a monthly and that I’m paid already through June. This always seems to happen when I’m on deadline - like I am tonight! I keep re-entered my authorization key and the red x will not disappear. Help!
