"Failed to allocate memory buffer" message

“Failed to allocate memory buffer…”
This message appear usually in Insert module and when I press the Render buttons.
The recommendation to close other running apps seems irrelevant because 12 GB of RAM on my machine is enough to render simple static insert clip.
Is there something else that could cause this message to appear?
P.S. I am using the 64-bit version of the program.

Hi Ribel,
Can you please email me the mocha log? It’s under mocha>help>log…
And can you tell me what the specs are for the footage you are using in the email? Andif at all possible, could you send me the mocha file itself? I don’t need the actual footage, I just need to be able to use dummy footage to test what the issue is. This is definitely the kind of question thats best to file with http://www.imagineersystems.com/contact_form because it helps us track this kind of data.

Hi MaryP,
Thanks for reply!
I’ve managed to finish the work, by simply starting from scratch.
It’s strange that I repeated the same procedure. In the first case, probably I pressed a wrong button somewhere
I will send you the file, as soon as possible.
Thank you for the tip about to whom to address such kind of issues, I just thought that somebody already knew the solution.
