I believe it would be helpful to have a some keyframe and current frame indicators on the RotoOverlay, such as to help in making it easier to know which frames to make manual adjustments on.
The suggestion below are illustrated in the attached screenshot, thanks for your consideration!!
Yellow Circle for your ‘Current frame’
Larger different color square at Keyframes (Like a larger Red square)
Make Onion Skin outline match color of Keyframes (in this example, a Red shape outline)
Hold Alt over a motion path marker and the frame number is displayed in the
status bar. Click on the marker and the Timebar will jump to that frame.

status bar. Click on the shape and the Timebar will jump to that frame.
While those features are somewhat helpful, my intuitive workflow leans towards watching the shape as I slowly X,Z or scrub my mouse through a few frames to see the problem, shape-wise and path-wise, wishing I could SEE a dot just quickly lighting as up along the Motion Path telling me where I’m at in that moment without having to look down away from the viewer.
I hope that at least a “current frame” colored dot could be considered for addition Thanks
