Footage colorspace/gamma

When doing remove or filtering/fill for stabilizing, does Mocha expect the footage to be of a certain color space? I would think it would want the footage as linear so that (1+0)/2 = .5, vs some gamma corrected value. The documentation is silent on this.

Hi Chad,
Most of the algorithms are relatively insensitive to colorspace. Footage with normal video gamma or linear colorspaces will work correctly with the filling algorithms. Logarithmic footage will usually not work unless you choose Log on the clip tab, which converts the footage into a gamma space.
We don’t have viewer LUTs, so most users work in a gamma-corrected space and all our algorithms have been tuned to work well in this scenario.
