importing a prores 422 LT file

footage not showing, only a black screen

Is there different mocha software for mountain lion or i7 processors? This might be my first time running it since I upgraded machines.

I have downloaded a trial of Mocha AE, and the footage loads fine using that program.

How would I re-install my bundled version of mocha for after effects? Have there been any updates to it since that installation disc was made?

Unfortunately, re-installing the mocha that ships with AE means re-installing After Effects in its entirety. It’s doable, but a pain. You can always buy an upgrade if that works better for you.

And yes, our development cycle is always ahead of the version that ships with AE.
