Getting error message "have reached maximum numbers of activations"

After latest update of FCP Boris FX was gone in FCP, so I tried to enter the activation key again and got an error message… So I deleted it and reinstalled it and now I’m getting another error message " You have reached the maximum numbers of activations permitted with this key. It gives me two options, either to purchase a licence or uninstall on another machine. But I don’t have it installed anywhere else, only hade it on this machine.

Anyone know what’s it about?

Try going to your BorisFX account and under the ‘Licenses’ menu heading of ‘[your account name] Account’, click on the ‘Reset License’ option and then try to re-activate the program. BTW, this method can only be used once per month. I hope that this works for you.
