New to AE and Mocha Pro sorry if this is super simple Q.
I have a vertical video in AE composition and in the comp I have rotated the video 90 degrees to fit it
and when I open it up in the MOCHA PRO plugin and it doesn’t recognize it being vertical
so my track data is rotated off by 90 degrees

Precomp the video and move all the attributes into the new composition before you apply Mocha. That should fix the issue.

Perfect, that’s a trick to get you past most wonky combinations in AE too. When in doubt, precomp it and move all the attributes into the new comp. Happy to help!
