Help for a noob

#1

My Camera creates a type .mts file (AVCHD Video (.MTS))
Do versions of Mocha accept this file? Is there some way to translate it into a form you guys can handle?

Our supported file formats are listed here:
http://www.imagineersystems.com/support/Documentation/supported-file-formats
MTS is not supported. I recommend converting it to either a basic QuickTime codec such as Animation, or convert it to an image sequence.
It is probably best to convert it inside an editor or compositor.

Our list of supported formats do not always work, especially with AVIs and
MP4s. It really depends on the codec. We should probably eventually put
that in the documentation. Custom camera codecs, for example, are a big
culprit.

Do you find that’s not the case?
