Help! no license

lost power last night, can’t get my license server started this morning.
I reinstalled everything with the latest versions, 2.5.0
restarted, nothing.

after installing the new license Server (ILSLicenseManager2.5.0.dmg)
the start stop cmds no longer work:
sudo launchctl stop com.imagineersystems.lmgrd
sudo launchctl start com.imagineersystems.lmgrd
