Hi: I am trying to clean up this gimbal shot to remove the orange traffic cones and bright yellow sign on the right side of the frame. Also I would like to remove the large electrical pole that appears around :16. I just need a strategy!
The shot was with a very wide (14mm) lens. So far I have been tracking small sections, making a clean plate, doing a “remove” then moving to the next section. I get weird tracks unless I keep them small and short. Is there a better way?

You’d need to track several levels of backgrounds, the reason you are getting strange removes is because you have a multiplanar movement behind the objects your are trying to remove. Try this: http://www.imagineersystems.com/videos/mocha-pro-remove-module-overview/
It may just be though that some of this will require some hand painting solutions on top of your remove, and that the remove module will only get you about 90% there.

I need some advice too.
I have been given the job to remove this camera rig from the front of a car, but i have no idea how to tackle it. I have tried using the remove module but my skills probably aren’t good enough yet to solve it.

Your camera rig shot is a lot more complex. At the very least, you will need a painted cleanplate and a multi-plane solve, but you’ll probably need to touch it up with rotopaint as well.
