I just bought the Sapphire package but they haven’t sent me any emails or anything has ever happened to anyone if so what should I do?

It’s possible the confirmation e-mail has gone into your junk mail folder or there was a problem with e-mail delivery. You can see all the information about your purchase on our website. Go to your account page and you should see your activation code on the Licenses tab.
