Juergen,
If you want to tweak your mattes without seeing the splines in the way, just turn them off in the “Show spline tangets” drop down in the view controls. This way you can still see the edges of the mattes and their falloff, but have the points and tangents there to adjust.

Hi Jurgen,

Turning overlays off is a button in the top center of the view screen. Next to that is a drop down of viewing options that you can adjust while you roto.

Cheers,
Mary

Hi Jurgen,
We have a list of hotkeys here: http://www.imagineersystems.com/support/Documentation/keyboard-shortcuts/?searchterm=keyboard%20shortcuts
And a bit more options in mocha’s preferences.
If you would like to see that feature in a future update of mocha Pro, we understand, and we can add it to our feature request list. We tend to weight suggestions more when we hear it from multiple users, so thank you for your input.
Cheers,
Mary

Hi,
Probably you were using an older version than which I’m using now. Right now I’m using 4.0.3. In this version, you can hit Alt+4 to hide/show the outline of the mask and Alt+5 to hide/show tangents. There is just not exist a hotkey to hide all overlays. But it’s enough to be able to show/hide outlines and tangents.
Although, I’m suggesting the developers add a mouse hover shortcut information.

Cheers,
Burak
