How do I know if I'm viewing the Premultiplied or Unpremultiplied view when I toggle with Shift-0?

Greetings,
Could you please let me know how do I know if I’m viewing the Premultiplied or Unpremultiplied view when I toggle with Shift-0? Also, I’m not sure which view I’m viewing, but I can tell that whatever my Output node is rendering, it seems to be the multiplied version that does NOT look good, but I still don’t know which multiplied view is rendered out. Is there a way to know or force the output node to render premultiplied or Unmultiplied specifically? Thanks for some help on this

If you have an alpha channel and press Shift-0, the Viewer will turn black in the non-alpha areas. Note that using Shift-0 does not affect the rendered output. Use the Premultiply or Unpremultiply nodes from the Composite node group to affect the rendered output. As a general note, Silhouette works unpremultiplied.
