I´m a long time borisfx user (continuum, sapphire, mocha) and very happy with the products.
but I’m very disappointed about customer-support…
i tried since 2-3 weeks to get a response via email, opening a support-case and even facebook (messenger). BUT no response.
I can see a ticket is opened in my account, but also no response.
And sadly this isn’t the first time i have trouble getting in touch with the support-team.
I had the same thing a year ago…
If someone from Boris is reading here… please get in touch. i have some licensing questions.

P.S.: I know we are in special (=hard) times at the moment and i don’t expect to get a feedback same day… but THIS is not good.
