Input Channel and Min % Pixels Used?

two questions,

  1. What is the best choice? Luminance or Auto Channel?
  2. About Min % Pixels Used ? I saw some tutorials with diferent values for
this parameter. what is the best value to this parameter?

Luminance is usually best, unless the shot has been overly color corrected or is way dark, in which case, auto channel tends to help more.
WIth % of pixels tracked, think of it in terms of how many pixels you’re tracking. For small shapes, bump that number way up. For huge shapes, push that value down. As a general rule, the more pixels you track, the more accurate the track.
Hope that helps!
