Is it possible to remove or reverse Sapphire effects that were added over a video?

These Alien / UFO videos were uploaded to Youtube in 2011:

Various effects from Sapphire have been added - e.g. Old Movie Scratches, TV Damage (Ghosting) and Rainbow Moire Pattern.

Is there any way to reverse or remove the effects to get closer to the original video?
