Last day for upgrade price

I was thinking about purchasing the upgrades, but I’ve been waiting for several weeks now for a response from my attempts to contact this company…
anyone alive over there?

Tim

Hi Tim,

So did you use the on-line form? If so I will have our web developer check to see what went wrong, because there is no record of that in our systems.

The upgrade from 1.x to 1.5 or 1.6 is free as part of your existing licence. v2 is a more substantial upgrade (64-bit, etc.) hence this is charged.

Billy hasn’t worked for us for about two years. We don’t currently have a full-time west coast rep, but we are in the process of setting up a new presence in LA. Martin Brennand, our UK product specialist is there for the next two weeks, and will be back again in September.

Our New York office is run by Ross Shain, who is currently travelling back home from SIGGRAPH in LA. If you leave a message on that number or send him an e-mail at the sales address, he will get back to you as soon as he can.

I need to check out of my hotel to catch a flight (I’m also in LA right now) so won’t be able the check this thread again for a while. In case we can’t answer your queries today, it won’t be a problem to honour the upgrade price early next week.

Hi Tim,

I’m sorry you haven’t received a response to an enquiry. How did you try to contact us? I checked your account in our sales and support database and don’t see any recent activity.

If you have a sales query, e-mail sales at imagineersystems.com, for a technical support query e-mail support at imagineersystems.com, or use our on-line form at:

http://imagineersystems.com/company/contact/

Best regards,

J-P

yeah, i did. I inquired about getting a point upgrade from 1 to 1.5 or .6. Thought I’d see how that went before making a larger commitment. Just tried calling the NY office and got voice mail… Haven’t seen Billy W on skype for awhile, is he still your west coast rep?

Mostly I need to upgrade everything this year, well over $10k worth of software, and I’m trying to figure out what is worth upgrading. Have to be more selective these days.
