License Wont Activate

Hi,

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both adobe premier pro and continuum, however every time I go to activate my license it says “Your license has been successfully activated.” then I click finish. It then says “To complete changes to the licensing status. please restart your host application.”. After restarting Adobe ( my host application ) I get a red X and when I check the license it says it’s not activated.

What is going on it work literally working yesterday and now it isn’t.

The first thing to try is to make sure AE is not just showing you cached frames that were saved while it was watermarking. AE caches frames even between sessions. Try selecting Edit->Purge->All Memory and Disk Cache. If that doesn’t help we would need more details - e.g. is it a full license or just a license for a particular unit/category.
