Little problem with the render... Mocha Tracking Station

Hi,

I have a problem… certainly because I use Mocha for the first time…

I use Mocha 1.6.0 Tracking station and I want to change a car plate in my clip.
After a difficult rotoscoping… :
1 - I insert my new (jpg) car plate with the “Insert clip” function,
2 - I can see my new (jpg) car plate in my clip instead of the old one,
3 - I render the clip directly into Mocha and… my new plate does not appear in my clip…

Could you help me please ?

Thanks !

p.s. : sorry for my bad english…

You may need to make sure that your project settings in mocha match those in your FCP project. Look out for differences in aspect ratio, frame rate and dimensions.
You might want to look at Ben Heusner’s tutorial here on corner pin:

Or others that deal with working with Final Cut:

Insert clip in mocha is for preview purposes only.

You need to export your tracking or corner-pin data to another application to composite your insert. More often than not render in mocha is used to render mattes.

In others words… Preview looks fine in mocha and looks bad in Final Cut Pro…

Thanks for your help !

Thanks for this important information…
But, when I play the clip in Mocha (with XSpline and Surface) the result is ok (the car plate follows the camera movement) but when I export Tracking data to Final Cut (with Final Cut distort) the result is bad (the plate done anything).
