Had an issue with Vegas Pro 20 so I had to reinstall it. After that I couldn’t use Primatte Studio so the team was nice enough to reset it for me, and it worked for one day. Now when I go to use it, it takes a while to come up. I get message saying “Vegas is working…” When it does come up I get that red X again. Please can someone help me?
