Log file description

Hello!
I was looking at the log file “.imagineer_log.txt” for one of my project files,
because I had problems with rendering shapes in Quicktime format.
And I noticed a line that is repeated multiple times when opening the file:
DATE (mocha Pro) [FrameManager] Adding clip NUMBER1 with base clip NUMBER2, name “NAME”
I looked for them in the Clip panel and it seems some of the logged clips are missing in the drop-down list.
So how did they ended in the log file in first place?
