I purchased the licence for Optics last night (had the monthly option previously) tried to download it tonight and it is not recognising email/password.
Will not recognise the email when I try forgot password option.
Is anyone else having this?
Please try clearing the cache of your web browser and try again?
@thevillaboy Looks like the web team cleared things up. I had the same problem but can log in again.
