Missing shape data

I retracked an object with a new B spline, then attached my old rotospline to his and reset in and out points to match the new track. I adjust the rotospline and set keyframes for its position at the in and out points to match the new track. When I try to export the shape data to AE 5, I do not get the extra shape date at the end of the track. The key frames are there, but the shape cutout ends where the old track did. I can play the mattes in Mocha, and I even tried rendering out mattes as QT movies, but all the cutout data ends at the end of the old track (which I deleted).

Check to make sure the Layer in/out points in Layer Properties are also extended to meet the in/out of the timeline. When you draw a layer it matches the timeline.

To be honest, i’m not certain why the Bezier splines don’t all move at once, as they work correctly with X-splines. I’ll flag this and get the dev team to take a look.
We’re looking at making some changes to how you interact with layers in future so that the workflow is a little easier.

Yes, Martin, I did indeed match up the ins and outs on the layer with the timeline. I finally moved some things out of my Imagineer plug-ins folder in AE and rebooted a few times. It seems to be working now, but I’m too deep in the project to troubleshoot now, so I’l say all’s well until it proves otherwise!
Thanks for your help!
PS: Another oddity I’ve come across–I have 3 B splines on one layer, and if I right-click to select all points in the layer, it does so, but if I then try to move them in unison, nothing moves and I have to translate every spline individually. Perhaps this is how it was intended to work?
