I have just got a email about the new Mocha 2020. So I was wondering how can you update the current version, I have pro 2019.5 for the year so I was guessing this allow to update to 2020 version?

If you purchasd Mocha Pro in the last year OR have an active subscription license, you should be able to download and install the new version. You should not require a new activation code and 2020 should launch with no further process.

Hi there, yeah I tried to upgrade on the upgrade link on the main page and it says could not find license and to contact and raise a ticket so that is what I am doing at the moment, bit strange really?
