Mocha and bundled CS6

Hello,
I apologize if this subject already has a thread, I was unable to locate one on this topic. Currently I am experiencing difficulty when trying to send a file for tracking in Mocha from CS6 (Creative Cloud Suite). I was previously using CS5.5 but have since uninstalled CS5.5 and CS6, then reinstalled CS6 from the Adobe creative cloud.
Whenever I navigate to the Animation tab / Track Motion in Mocha I receive the following:
—Quote—
License Error: mocha AE CS6 must only be launched from After Effects
Please visit our FAQ at http://www.imagineersystems.com/support/faq for further information.
—End Quote—
Please note that I am in After Effects when I receive this error. I do not get a crash log otherwise I would submit that with this post.
What information I can tell you:
iMac
Processor 3.06 GHz Intel Core i3
Memory 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)
Adobe After Effects CS6
Version 11.0.2.11
I have reinstalled After Effects over a dozen times and each time that I do, After Effects will open Mocha once and allow me to use it. However, after that I get the error no matter what I do. I have looked for the preference file in my User Library but it does not exist. If anyone is curious, Mocha will not open outside of After Effects either.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
p.s. the link in the error message goes to a broken page.

Has there been a solution to this. I seem to have the same problem.

Thanks for the quick response,
I have contacted them, but it was suggested that I check this forum for support. I admit that I didn’t think to contact the Creative Cloud Support, they may have this under their known issues. I’ll research with them now. Thanks again.

Hi Dave,
Have you contacted Adobe support about this?
I can only assume at the moment that the Cloud version is running into a configuration issue with trying to load mocha AE, but we have no input into the cloud versions, so it is not clear at this stage.
I will see what we can find out on our end, but please try contacting Adobe support about cloud issues.
If you need to get on with a track, I recommend grabbing our 15-day V3 trial version from the website: http://www.imagineersystems.com/products/mochaAE
