I tried to export Mocha’s tracking data into After Effects and Shake (same project). It worked OK with After Effects, but no with Shake 
I used the Corner Pin Layer, and there is a very weird jitter, unlike in Mocha and AE. Any idea ?
This seems liek very odd behavior indeed, I have exported several tracks to Shakewithout issue. Can I get you to email me your project file (n o need for images yet, I can make a dummy one) and I can test this here?
