Hi Rame,
If you want to get shapes rendered inside After Effects CS4, you need the mocha shape plug-in. If you have mocha 2.0.2, you can have a free upgrade to mocha 2.5, which includes this plug-in.
Alternatively, you can render the mattes out of mocha as image sequences and import them into After Effects.
Tracking data will import fine without any plug-ins needed.
