Mocha Issues

When I try to import .mpeg files or .avi files or .mov files or any files, I either get a black screen or a white box pop up?
Can anyone help?
The version I am using is the latest CS5.

Yeah they are all up to date, and still not able to import items properly.

Unfortunatly, It is on a seperate machine that is not on a online network, a lot to explain.
But basically I go through the usual set up methods, and when I go to actually work with the video file nothing appears and all the options are greyed out.
The product is installed and up to date.
I don’t understand why this isnt working?

Do you have your quicktime and graphics drivers updated?

OK. Screen shots make it easier to diagnose a problem, but we can keep plugging away at this. Are you sure the software is the proper version? Has it ever loaded images properly? Is this a new install? Are image sequences like TIFF sequences working when you load them?
Can you tell me your OS, what version of quicktime you have installed, and what mocha version exactly you have?
