Mocha Pro 2019.5 craches Mediacomposer while Stabilizing

Hi,
as discribed in the headline: Mocha craches MC when trying to render a stabilized clip. The clip is prerendered inside of Mocha and the result seems to be ok. Within MC when hitting the render button in the effect-editor MC stops to work. Then I have to kill MC. I checked that for more than one clip.

For a test I performed a Remove within Mocha. That works fine incl. rendering in the host app.

What can I do?

For quick solution, you can export your render out of Mocha and then link it back in to Media Composer. In Mocha File>export clip.

Beyond that I would advise you to open a support case to see if we can get to the bottom of the issue.

Hi,
thank you for this idea. I justed tried it and it works for me. Not ideal but ok.
I will open a support case.
