I was on a 15 day trial with mocah Pro and everything worked fine in preimer then when i bought the licesne all of my old clips wouldn’t open mocah Pro in premier. So all that work is gone. Today i started redoing the tracking in After Effects, and now its crashing after when i ask to track the second layer. I’m using a mac book pro.
Can you turn GPU tracking off? Open Mocha, go to file>preferences, and in the GPU tab, turn GPU tracking off. Save and close, restart AE, and try again. Let me know if that fixes your issue for you.

More details would be helpful. Can you tell us:
- The type of Macbook Pro you are using. Specific version, please.
- Your current GPU
- Your current macOS system version
- The exact version of Mocha Pro you are using, such as 2021 v8.0.1
- The type of project you are working on
These details will help us narrow down the problem.
I’m not seeing that option in Mocah Pro. My MAC BOOK Pro is a 15" Mid 2012, 2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1 GB
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB, And i’m using Catalina.
I’m just trying to do a screen replacement, and the files were fine for a few days, and then when my trial ended they wouldn’t open. 2 have 3 that need to be tracked that last about 15 seconds each. And the others have 2.
Can you open them in Mocha for AE inside of After Effects?
Cheers,
Mary
