Mocha Pro OFX Licsensing Problems

Hello,

I just ordererd a monthly subscription for Mocha Pro and Silhouette Paint. However, when I add a Mocha Node in Blackmagic Fusion, I can not start the License Control. I click it and nothing happens. How can I redeem my activation key that I got via email? The instructions show the process for other Boris products but not Mocha.

What am I missing here?

I am on a completely fresh system, with brand new Blackmagic Fusion Studio Version
