I purchased Mocha Pro OFX for use with Hitfilm while Mocha was still under Imagineer systems. I was told that my purchase would in time appear under my account here at Boris FX but it is still nowhere to be seen. Is this possible to fix? Aslo is this why the online activation is not working for me?
