Mocha Pro Plug In to Flame

Hi!
I would like some confirmation if possible; If I upgrade my Mocha AE to Mocha Pro using the Plug In, will I be able to export track and shape data to Flame?

Yes. One of the features of both the Mocha Pro plugin and standalone application is you get all the exports. Does not matter is you are running the plugin from within Adobe, Avid or OFX.
