Mocha Shape Export doesn't include layer activation?

When I export my shape data from Mocha for AE v2 to AE CS4, the keyframe data regarding whether a layer is active does not transfer. Should this data be included in the export? The workarounds are not ideal (moving masks out of frame or manually changing opacity values in AE). Anybody have the fix?

System:

Mocha for AE v2.01 Soho Edition
Latest mocha shape plugin
After Effects 9.01
OSX 10.5.6
Mac Pro 3.2 Mhz

If you have in/out on a layer, this will be translated to the mocha shape plug-in layer as a keyframe on the opacity parameter.

I just looked at this and can confirm it does translate. But, I believe I have found an issue with multiple layers, if layer 1 is set to go out, layers above this might not be visible unless their layer mode (within the plug-in) is set to multiply.

Will do some more testing and possibly recommend this for a point release fix.

Your exploration and feedback is appreciated as well.

Thanks,
Ross
