Mocha splash screen not disappear on load

When I use the “track in Mocha” menu option in After Effects to have the selected footage automatically create a mocha project, the mocha splash screen doesn’t go away once the app has loaded - so you can’t easily change the import settings for the new project. It does seem to eventually fade off after about 10-20 seconds but that’s really irritating when you’re setting up dozens of shots to track. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m using the latest 7.04 build of Mocha Pro standalone.

I have never seen that before but we should totally look into it. I will let @martinb know too.

Yeah, it’s a pain - but obviously not a show-stopper. I’m running OSX Mojave 10.14.6 and After Effects 2020. When you try clicking on the splash window to make it go away, it just makes the OSX “burp” noise. LIKE IT’S MOCKING ME

How RUDE.

Huh, that is weird. Yeah, we should fix that.

(Note to self: Add code to make Mocha audibly burp).
