Need support for sapphire trial license

I downloaded the free trial for sapphire, but never got an email that included the license. I don’t see any other place for a problem like this, so that is why I am putting this here. If any staff could help me, I would be very grateful.

You shouldn’t need a license for the free trial version. It will work without a license but will watermark. If you purchased Sapphire but haven’t received the license yet, then please contact your Sales representative if you had one or else contact Support:
