Os x mocha for ae v1.2.3 cs4 soho edition

purchased cs4 and it came with this v1.2.3 soho edition.

went online and purchased the upgrade and now have no license file to pull from under /help/view license.

any one else experience this with this edition ??

any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve,

That process only applies to users upgrading from software purchased from us specifically. It is not the same process for those upgrading from the Adobe version.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Install the upgrade on the computer

  2. Copy the Host ID from “View Licence…” from the HELP menu in your product. Make sure you run the upgrade and not the adobe version or you will not see the host id.

  3. Register that host id here: http://www.imagineersystems.com/support/host_id/

You will need your order number and postcode you registered with.
