Have a mac, everything is updated/reinstalled 8/3-2022. Standalone works, but my paid PI filter doesn’t. I have to force quit. Where can I get help? What should I send to whom?
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the plug-in. I think the best way forward is to file a ticket with support - you might even follow up with them via email or phone if you don’t receive a response today.
