Preview Breaking + Crashing

M1 Max, Monterey 12.3.1, FCP 10.6.2

Installed the trial version to decide if it’s something worthwhile to add to my toolbox. Unfortunately whenever I try to preview an effect I get this error message:

And whenever I drag and drop any effect to a clip Final Cut just crashes entirely. Any thoughts?

Try uninstalling and downloading the installer from the BorisFX website again. We just pushed a fix which should solve this problem for you.
