Hello, I bought a license for one year for Continuum and sapphire and mocha. But only Mocha works. When I want to use Continuum effects like Title Pro for example, I get the message I have to pay for (see screenshot).
However, I clicked on Activate, a
nd I entered my license, and I always come back to the same place.Hello!
You may have encountered an issue with the RLM license server - I’m forwarding this onto Sales and Support so that someone from that team can assist you.
