Sometimes when I export tracking data, Mocha accesses the internet to “phone home”. What the heck is it doing?
And a feature request: In the OSX vers, could there be a keyboard shortcut to hide Mocha (maybe Control-Command-H like After Effects)?
Is it trying to broadcast a message to talk to a license server?
Hi Kelsan thanks for reporting this; its a really stange issue; I am trying to duplicate this in the test environment; I will let keep you posted on development…
This is a bug and it’s being addressed!
It’s weird. My firewall program reports that Mocha is trying to connect to 220.127.116.11-static.reverse.softlayer.com. And this only happens occasionally after hitting save on a data export.
I guess I shouldn’t be too concerned, just wondering if this could be a potential problem when working in a situation with no internet access.
