Referring to MochaShape effect in expressions

Is there a way to parent the “mocha shape” effect between layers? So Layer_B could have the same “mocha Shape” effect as Layer_A, but offset a few pixels. And so that if the “mocha shape” effect changed for Layer_A, then the effect would automatically change for Layer_B.

Is there a way to manipulate or copy/paste the “mocha shape” effect “Shape Data” using expressions or scripting? What would the object or property reference look like in javascript?

Thanks for your help!

As far as the transformation parameters yes (ie, rotation, shear etc), but since the actual shape data is a custom data type, unfortunately you can’t link this information.
